Description

We are Stryber - the largest independent corporate venture builder in the DACH region. We help our clients launch new digital ventures from scratch (and fix the strategy behind it) as well as build our own ventures.

Our approach

We build web/mobile prototypes and MVPs to test and iterate business ideas quickly in the market. Later, we scale and grow the most promising ones to let them become leading solutions in their market. Simple click-dummies, rapid MVPs, and sophisticated deep-tech (SaaS) solutions, we have a variety of start-up projects ahead of us in several exciting verticals, such as FinTech, PropTech, Digital Health, Food & Beverage and E-Commerce.

  • Manage and prioritise product backlog
  • Lead SCRUM/KANBAN meetings, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
  • Work very customer-focused: conduct user and competitor research, take part in design sprints, put the customer first in your day-to-day work

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with outstanding academic results in Business Administration, Business Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 1+ years proven work experience in product management with agile methodologies: track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies preferred
  • Previous work experience in a startup is a plus
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for building products that customers love
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and managing different stakeholders' expectations
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Highly structured, thorough working style and getting-things-done attitude
  • The ability to keep calm in turbulent, time-critical situations
  • Empathic and visionary leader

Benefits

  • One of the best product management environments you can find where you can grow into a future product owner rockstar: coaching by experienced PO, visiting conferences like MindTheProduct in London, dedicated learning sessions, and more
  • Attractive compensation based on your performance
  • Fame and glory for what you will have helped build
  • Attractive office in the middle of Munich - become part of the inspiring WeWork community, which includes perks like free beer/coffee/tea/water, table soccer, table tennis, regular events, and engaging with a great community of inspiring people
  • A great remote culture, which allows you to be very flexible; if you prefer to work from sunny beaches or cool mountains from time to time, feel free - just be prepared to get some jealous messages from us on Slack or to receive even more awesome photos in return
  • Joint Work-From-X weeks
  • A highly dynamic and energetic environment
  • “Move fast & break things” culture
